Caravan 222 formed in 2017 as an artist residency in Valparaiso, Chile, then found its long-standing charisma within California's Bay Area.  With a few original members and a whole new cast of characters, including new vocalist and songwriter Emilia Donovan, the band has fallen into a very authentic Cosmic Country sound, reminiscent of the Burrito Bros., Doug Sahm and Brinsley Schwarz - a sound more nostalgic than their contemporaries.  The 222 crew have been residing in Los Angeles as of late, releasing Country Bangers Vol. 2 in 2025 and preparing a much-anticipated follow-up album for release in 2026 titled “Rowdy & Pouty”.
